EDF Viewer

An ongoing project enables the user to view signal data and synchronize annotations in EDFplus files, an open source formate use to save EEG and sleep studies, this app is the first one that was written using javascript, CSS and HTML, it completely runs on the client side. It is linked to edfplus.info the website download page. Since the release of the first version in 2017, it has been used by researchers around the world.

Mortality Risk Predictor after Spinal Epidural Abscess

A project with Chang Yeon Km MD. its a website and API to predict postoperative outcomes using a Random Forest classifier. My part was making the backend for the API based on trained modules as well as javascript code to for the frontend page.
